"The staff were less than eager to assist with anything. Breakfast was terrible. There are plenty of hotels to stay at that would have been far more appealing had I not booked online and in advance. This property presents differently online compared to in person. "

"This place is amazing! I can’t say enough about how helpful and wonderful all the staff were. They went out of their way to help us organize our day trips and travel plans. The food at the restaurant was really good, a nice breakfast buffet, and a delicious dinner. The room was clean and it had a nice view. We enjoyed a massage at the spa, which was really great. I highly recommend this for your stay in Sapa. It’s located a little out of the town and up on the hillside in a nice quiet area but just a short walk or grab ride down to the Sun Plaza."
