The attention to detail was brilliant, it was my partners birthday and they provided cake, balloons and a letter from the staff for a small fee. We were always greeted by staff at the reception and the room/hotel was spotless and incredibly attentive. Would stay here again and have recommended to all friends and family who are looking at visiting Krakow.

Great staff, fantastic location. Rooms are slightly dated, but thats the only thing I can think of. Shower pressure and temp was also very good.

Basen nie jest częścia obiektu. Dostaje sie tylko voucher na 1h do pobliskiego basenu. Kręgle tak samo sa tylko w tym samym budynku ale płatne normalnie bez nawet zniżki. Parkingu maly jedyna miżliwość to parking przy pływalni.
