The hotel is very clean, staff friendly, chocolate chip cookies in the lobby at aroubd 3pm, coffee and tea ia free.
My only challenge: one elevator, long waits to get to the rolm, had to taje the stairs from the 11th floor; when I asked for a lower floor I was told no by the attendant at the desk...
I would not stay here again
