Marriott Syracuse Downtown
The staff was very friendly. The lobby is beautiful with all of the old woodwork and detail. The rooms could be a bit more polished. They were a little tired with scratches on the tables, dirty vents in the bathroom and rust in the shower. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

I love this hotel and have stayed here several times before. On this particular visit, I unfortunately had some very loud neighbors who would not reduce the volume of their music and TV. Randolph House Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham
