"This was a great hotel and I enjoyed my stay. The room was great, probably the biggest hotel room I have ever been in. The staff was great and very helpful. My only complaint is that the food in the breakfast buffet was never hot even when it had just been brought out from the kitchen."

"We were only here for one, very short night due to a Kenya airlines delay. The apartment was very spacious and clean. Unfortunately, other than using the bed and the bathroom, we have no experience with the rest department. I will say the pillows were not very comfortable. Front desk staff were helpful. Initially tried to reach them directly outside of Expedia was a little bit of a challenge, but once I got established with the WhatsApp contact, everything went smoothly from there. They even agreed to hold a suitcase from me from the first date I was in Nairobi until I returned"
