Alpha Hotel Eastern Creek
The bar in the restaurant did not have a stock of white wines. Insufficient towels for two people and not enough pillows. I did not feel the room was serviced properly, otherwise it was a comfortable stay.

Novotel Sydney Parramatta
One of the best included breakfasts I’ve had in Australia. Parking was good. Location was excellent, particularly with regard to the range of restaurants within close walking distance. Multiple forms of public transport easily accessible. One of those hotels where everything works seamlessly.

Rydges Parramatta
Air con wasn't working first night no one did anything about it. Second day someone came into the room and rebooted it. No great service. Rooms were very noisy with lots of kids running up and down corridor and slamming doors.
