Close to the airport. Water was not hot in the shower and was warm at best. Tea was good coffee not so good, international roast? Didn’t know they still made that. Room was quiet and the blackout blinds were great if you like a sleep in. Be careful of the lift door if you enter and push a floor number the door closes slightly and very quickly so the second or third person in gets hit by it.

There was no plug supplied with the bathroom sink, apparently they are kept behind reception which isn't useful when your husband needs to use the sink for a wet shave in the morning! The shower curtain was mouldy and didn't even meet the floor level which made showering difficult. The apartments were being refurbished whilst we stayed and hopefully updated as needed. Overall our stay was comfortable and quieter than expected given its proximity to the airport.

Not clean enough The floor, sofa, cushions, chairs and glasses. I can’t even use them. The only reason I have to choose this apartment is that I have to take my dog to stay overnight and go overseas. Very disappointing But the staff are nice.

Sat on couch fell through hole in middle bed underneath couch had no top support for couch for people to sit on. No parking available Receptionist not helpful (female) at all.

Extremely disappointed as housekeeping needs to improve so much Dirty cushions on the bed, sofa extremely worn out and sinks when you seat on it, second and third day no milk, no coffee,no tea towels provided and worse of all....our room was Not served at all on second day which meant bed was not made, no clean towels, garbage bins were not empty, dirty cushions were not replaced after asking twice The one bedroom apartment on floor 1 needs a good clean up and update... Lots of bags with garbage and dirty linen on the floor along hallway as cleaners services other rooms all day long... NOT a very nice look and a trip HAZARD... SO DISAPPOINTED

I was incredibly grateful that the staff at Quest Mascot managed to find us a room during a very busy period when they found themselves overbooked due to a computer glitch. The service we received at check in and during our stay was excellent. The rooms themselves are a bit tired and could do with some TLC but still perfectly adequate for our overnight stay

Perfect location for close to the airport. The room was comfortable and clean.and had everything required to self-cater for the night. The sound-proofing externally and between rooms was very good (very little plane noise at all, despite watching them take off and land from the window) but there was some noise penetration from the hallway. The check in service was excellent.

Shocked at the most expensive parking of $40 per night and none available. No warning pre-booking that we’d need to do carpark hopping. We stay in hotels every week in Syd but was nearly double parking rate. Staff were lovely though.

Easy access to airport. Can walk to station for quick transport to the city. Quick walk to Mascot high street for multiple food options. Have stayed here three times now. Staff are fantastic and friendly. Shuttle bus to airport.
