Luxury hotels are such a respite during stressful travel. We loved the hotel from the lobby, restaurant and rooms to staff.

We recognize that being in a quiet, safe hotel is what we need. However, we want luxury hotels like this one!! This hotel is gorgeous and has logical features like a place to put suitcases and toiletries. People at the desk got wine for us even though the bar was closed. Just note if you are a first timer, Pullman has a smaller desk presence which is near the bar and restaurant. If you think you are at the entrance to the bar, you are at the place to check in.

It’s lovely to have a five star hotel so near to the airport with fine dining and an excellent bar. On top of that, it’s so refreshing to find staff so helpful.

When deciding which hotel to stay my last night in Sydney close to the airport part of what made my decision was a hotel with a shuttle. While the Pullman has access to a shuttle it is with a 3rd party and they charge $24 and limit you too 2 bags. I used the mini fridge in the room and it was very dirty and didn't chill well. Wifi cost $10 as well. Hotel looked mod and nice but not a place I would endorse.

Went to the cricket in Sydney and have stayed at this hotel before. It is close to the airport but very quiet. Rooms are spacious and the food and drink is very good. Only down side is that it doesn't have a swimming pool

The room was beautiful but the TV didn’t work and we called to get it fixed and no one came to fix it! Also the toilet was running and we couldn’t get it to stop. Most importantly the valet said he had a taxi for us waiting. The taxi had no meter and charged us $100 vs the $14.50 we paid the day before from the airport to the hotel. It’s a scheme and never did they mention the cost. The driver then try to con us with an additional $25 for tip which for 5 min drive to the airport was ridiculous. The valet and the driver are scamming hotel guests. The hotel is next to the airport and there no way he should have charged $100. The hotel must stop these criminals.

My stay at this Pullman was just as good as my previous visit 7 years ago - professional but friendly staff, and they seem to keep it in excellent condition. Nice quiet comfortable modern rooms, good bar/restaurant area, and easy to get to/from (including low-faf check-in and out). It's a business-class hotel, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it for business or personal travel. Pullman is my preferred overnight when staying in Sydney, and based on that hotel I'd choose a Pullman over any other hotel when staying elsewhere - it's the right mix of price/quality. Also, as a gym-goer I find the gym is quite good by hotel standards - I can get a workout in there.

We just had a over night stay at the Pullman at Mascot, we flew in from Perth via Melbourne to Sydney, and boy where we glad when we arrived, after a big delay in Melbourne. Corner room on the 11th floor over looking Kingsford Smith, and being a plane nut, wow oh wow. Simon & Sean
