"Airport shuttle was easy to find. The bathroom was in horrible condition, black mold spots around the base of the shower. Shower head was yellow with caked on what I could only image is hardwater deposits clogging the shower hear. Water dripped onto what looked like a rusted drainage plate all night. Water pressure was non-existent. If you ran the faucet in the bathroom sink to brush your teeth the sink would clog up and took a few minutes to drain."

Very caring, and goes Above and Beyond her job description! On check- in I was a disaster and she assisted me with my luggage from my car in the check in bay to my room. She addressed me by my name at all times which made me feel "Seen". Renee also goes Above and Beyond to assist you with the personal touches! Definitely recommend Sonesta Silicon Valley!"
