"Hotel is fabulous. Finding it is another story. Due to construction in the Zurich airport none of the signs are correct. We spent 1 hr 20 minutes looking, asking, being sent the wrong place, ended up at the Hyatt and they called a cab to take us approximately 500 feet which were not walkable due to construction. A nightmare. The hotel could be sending an email to people registered telling them how to get there -- which is an outside walk, not inside the terminal as advertised and signage suggests. Nobody we asked got it right except the Hyatt concierge, including Swiss Rail office, many employees in the airport, etc. "

"The staff was incredibly helpful, and the restaurant was kind enough to “squeeze us in” even though they were booked up with reservations. Our meal was excellent and servers were really great. The room was very clean the bed was comfortable, and the airport shuttle is super convenient. I would recommend this hotel. "

"The balcony had nice views of Geneva. It was located next door to a Lidl grocery. The room had a separate sink and toilet from another sink and tub/shower that I loved. Had a kitchen with a table and great internet. Just a really comfortable and functional room that was very clean."

"Check in was easy and went smoothly. One complaint - Had a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door and the cleaning staff kept knocking on the door. What was the purpose of the sign!"
