We had yet another great stay in this hotel. Location is very convenient and staff is friendly. We will surely book again. What may be important to mention for those considering a stay is that parking on site is not guaranteed (first come, first served) and - at least currently - breakfast times are sorted by room number / floor, so we had quite an early breakfast slot.

The hotel is perfectly located in a quiet area within easy walkable distance to beach, pier, city center. Surprisingly great choice at the breakfast buffet with daily changing egg and pancake variety! Staff is wonderful, covid-19 measures have been taken, felt very secure and well taken care of. Will return to this hotel if we get a chance to travel to Swinoujscie again! Can recommend!

I asked for a dubble bed but got two beds shoved together, fell down the crack more then once. When asking for a room with a different bed they just said OK but did nothing. The first night there was also a party in the hotel that kept us awake til 3 am. Jacuzzi was nice, and cleaning staff. Rest of the staff was rude and the music in the breakfast room was not suitable for breakfast mode.

Mosquitoes and constant surveillance.
Hotel is located in a park which means you have to constantly fight with mosquitoes. My room had a beautiful tall celling but this made impossible to remove mosquitoes and sleeping was very hard due to the sound of flying mosquitoes. At the end of my stay I had mosquitos bites everywhere! It looks like guests are monitored all the time. When my friend helped me to bring my belongings from the beach I got a call from the reception after five minutes that, in my room is unregistered person. For me that was much too much of interference in my privacy. Internet was extremely slow in my room. When I asked about it at the reception I heard that I should be happy that it works, expressed in polite way. Hotel is clean, rooms look nice and updated. Breakfast was very good. I didn’t try any of the spa facilities. However, it feels like this place is dedicated for old people looking for relax only. Families and people looking for a good time will not feel comfortable there, in my opinion.

Tolle Unterkunft in Swinemünde. Zu Fuß ist sehr viel zu erreichen: Promenade/Strand ca 17 Minuten, Zentrum ca 15 Minuten, Polenmarkt ca 5 Minuten

Für zwei Nächte okay
Wir hatten ein Apartment gebucht. Die Dame am Empfang beim Check in war sehr unfreundlich. Wir haben keinerlei Einweisung in den Hotelkomplex bekommen. Die Anweisung zum öffnen der Tür im Apartmentkomplex war unverständlich und am Ende hat die gute Dame meine 50 Euro Geldbörse mit dem Kugelschreiber angemalt und nichtmal eine Entschuldigung raus bekommen. Das WC im Hotelzimmer sollte frisch desinfiziert sein. Was wir vorfanden war ein vollgepullertes Klo mit Scharmhaar. Das Frühstück war ausreichend aber wenig Abwechslungsreich. Es war schwer für unsere Tochter überhaupt etwas zu Essen zusammen zu stellen. Der Essensraum ist klein und eng. Toll sind die zwei Pool Bereiche. Aufgrund der geringen Belegung hatten wir den Pool an beiden Tagen für uns allein.

Ich finde es nur schade das man auf dem Gelände fürs das Parken des PKWs zahlen muss. Das hätte mit drin sein können wenn man dort ein Hotelzimmer gebucht hat.

Hotellet ligger skønt og tæt på vandet. Der er rigeligt er se og opleve i området. Mange spisesteder tæt på. Grænseloppemarked ligger også i gå afstand. God varieret morgenmad.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen. Für ein Wochenende war das Hotel gut, einen längeren Aufenthalt könnten wir uns dort nicht vorstellen, da es beim Frühstück ausschließlich Schweinefleisch gab und keine Alternative geboten wurde. Für den Preis von 260€ für ein Doppelzimmer kann man beim Frühstück auch auf einen ordentlichen Saft hoffen, leider wird hier nur diese dünne Suppe aus dem Automaten angeboten. Die Hotelanlage ist schön und gepflegt. Der Poolbereich könnte größer sein. Das Personal war durchweg sehr nett. Die Zimmer könnten etwas sauberer sein.

Als erstes muss ich sagen, das Preis/Leistung unschlagbar waren... Wir waren eine Woche da und wir haben nur 2 kleine Kritikpunkte, das ist einmal die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück, da gab es selten mal ein Lächeln und beim Frühstück das Brot und die Brötchen... Das war gruselig, pappig und trocken... Das war es aber auch schon, alles andere war wirklich super, das Hotel die Einrichtungen, vor allem der Wellness Bereich, einfach spitze... Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, wir hatten eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche und wir wären gerne länger geblieben.. Vielen Dank dafür...

Ok, but but a bit dull inside.
Hello, in response to your service request: It would be nice if the information at the hotel also included the English language. It was difficult to understand what services were offered. Preferably better English among the staff. No one greeted you when you entered or left the hotel, could have been more welcoming. The breakfast was very nice and offered a lot. No change of towels during several days and we got no cleaning the second day at all, could have been better. Balcony with others. High seeling. The beds was hard, not comfortable.

Das Hotel entspricht allen Erwartungen. Das Frühstück ist der Hammer, große Auswahl, für jeden was dabei. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es sprechen fast alle deutsch. Der Kurzurlaub war sehr erholsam und dem Auto hat es auch gefallen, es stand auf dem abgegrenzten Gelände.
