"When we arrived there was black hairs on the bed and the pillow was dirty. The fridge had mould and was really disgusting.We complained at the reception and showed them some pictures of the room.
We received an upgrade to a suite which was a huge luxury room. "

"Very helpful staff (especially Manuel) but a few issues. They didn't seem to know I was coming so had to work quickly to fully prepare the room. But they did well and it was very comfortable - good airconditioning, lovely sunset view over the Dead Sea, comfy bed. Breakfast didn't happen at 8am as planned and there was still nobody to be seen when we had to leave at 8.30, so we put the key on the front desk and let ourselves out."
