Room smelled really bad. Whole hotel did. Was very hard to sleep because of it. Had to spray body spray to mask the smell. Was tolerable for a place to sleep for a few hours but could never do it for a multi day trip.

We checked in approximately 9 p.m. and were given a room with an adjoining room door. We were just passing through and only stayed the 1 night. Around 2 a.m. a couple else checked into the adjoining room. They were arguing VERY loudly and tried to open the adjoining door. I called the front office and nobody did anything at all. I ended up getting out of bed and knocking on the door. Nobody answered, so I just said "it's very late, and you are being very loud". A woman answered through the door that "we just got here". I would highly recommend avoiding this motel as it seemed to be full of drug users and illegal immigrant workers. In the morning, when we were checking out, the woman working the front desk had her very young child (kindergarten or 1st grade) in the office and seemed to be getting her ready for school, they were obviously living at the property. The evening staff at check in were no different. Very very poor experience.

Everything in the room was absolutely disgusting. And they’re all douchebags that try to charge you for the stupidest things don’t stay at this crappy hotel I would of preferred to sleep in my damn car

Disgusting and Scammy
The room was filthy and wreaked like cigarettes. There was even cigarette resin on the walls & doorways as well as the bathroom walls. It was apparently the last pet friendly room available so we had to deal with it. Additionally, the man at the front added the pet fee charge of $10 after the fact. He took $10 cash from my partner and put it in his pocket and also charged my credit card an additional $10.

OK stay
The staff was cordial. The room was clean to a degree. Bathroom could use some TLC. Phone did not work. Not noisy. Breakfast was like most, a little less than basic. Overall for the price, not a bad stay.

I have been driving across country on a tight budget and I am happy to say that this place was my absolute favorite place to stay along the way. The staff was so friendly! The room was very clean and quiet. I am looking forward to staying there again on my way back! Oh and the cute Muscovy ducks hanging around the property were a fun plus!

The staff is very friendly and the breakfast was hot and good. The room could have been cleaner there was human hair on the counter and floor in the bathroom. The towels were clean and nice and bedding was clean and neat. Other than the room needing to be cleaner we enjoyed our stay and would stay again

Perfect spot! Right next to the skylift and all the stores on the strip. Also perfect for going whine and moonshine sampling! No need to drive!

Just 2 to 3 miles away from I-75, Peace location. Rooms are spacious, Healthy breakfast, competitive price, and most importantly the property owner and staffs are very nice. My kids loved the hotel. I will recommend here for a safe and nice stay

Check in lady was friendly. That state of the room was dirty. Had to wipe off the night stand couldnt sit in the chair because it was dirty. Door to the balcony did not close properly and looked to be broken. Would have left and continued my travels if i was not exhausted.

It says on the website you have to be 18 to book. I went there and the front desk woman said that the website I booked from "doesn't know hotel policies" that I had to be 21 to book. It was around 9pm and they told me the hotel room was non refundable. I spent 45 minutes trying to get my room refunded through a customer service agent. Then ended up having to drive to Athens to book another hotel that didn't lie on their website about being able to book at 18.
