"Had a really solid stay at SpringHill Suites! The room was super spacious and clean, which made it easy to relax right away. I liked having the extra space to spread out—it didn’t feel cramped at all. The bed was comfortable, and everything was set up in a way that just made sense. The staff was friendly and easy to talk to, and check-in/check-out was quick with no issues. Breakfast was a nice bonus too—plenty of options to get the day started without having to go out. Overall, it was a smooth, no-stress stay. Definitely a good choice if you want something comfortable, clean, and reliable."

"After driving 9 and 1/2 hours finally arriving at our hotel we see the roof you pass under in the parking lot looks like it's falling apart but I understand construction happened so that's fine I guess. But then we walk inside. Wait for the employee at the front desk to come in just to find out that the room we reserved plenty of time prior to our stay was not available anymore. So instead of having two beds like we requested, we had one room with one bed which is fine. We didn't plan on spending too much time at the hotel in the beginning. Just a place to sleep is all we needed. We get into our room and for some reason the bedside table lamp has the cover upside down. For some reason the headboard in the bag is cracked all over and little couch in the corner was stained And not a small stain. It was a pretty big stain right in the center of the seat. Getting towels was difficult. It seemed like they were always missing and the air vent in the bathroom did not work. So when you take a shower the whole bathroom starts filling up with steam. Obviously the roof starts getting wet from the humidity from the shower. My father who was staying in the room with me even fell in the tub. The staff was kind but that can only get you so far and then to get to any restaurants nearby, you'd have to hop on the highway Just to get a quick bite overall, not the best experience"

"I loved the friendly staff! They are so helpful and have a great sense of humor! Loved all the options for breakfast. The weekend I stayed just happened to be NFL draft weekend and that has to be why the cost was so high. I did enjoy my stay."

"Hotel is under Reno’s, they are doing their best to keep it clean but there is only so much that can be done. The area that has been renovated looks great (it is more of a heads up). I like this hotel and location. We stayed on 4th floor, which clearly had been renovated and have absolutely no complaints about our room. Staff was friendly and very helpful."
