Staff was very accommodating. But the conditions of the room not all that great my door locked looked like someone had previously tried to break in door had scratches. I felt a bit unsafe staying the night there it was cheap but I guess you get what you pay for. Would I stay again probably not. But ...

Holiday Inn Express St Albans by IHG
Clean room. Bathroom was very clean. Overall nice stay. Location was great for what I needed.

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Plattsburgh
Staff was friendly but that being said Pool & hot tub were not in service Only had oranges as fruit option for breakfast Sheets were dirty
