Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions. The property wasn’t the cleanest, but in a rural location in great weather we didn’t spend much time on the house.
