"Room was simple, but spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The shower had rather low pressure unfortunately. The coffee machine was very basic but did the job. The coffee, water, and snacks in the lobby were very nice to have. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful for navigating the town and dinner reservations (shout-out to Christopher). The only downside was the price. For what it was, I think the price was very high, but was happy with the experience overall."

"The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with information regarding Bar Harbor/Acadia. The area was so convenient to downtown and Acadia. We had an amazing ocean view from our room. The bed was very comfortable and we always had clean towels. The room itself was dated especially the bathroom. The tub was cracked and the bathroom itself was very small. For a king room, it didn’t have the space you would expect. The light going up the stairs was burned out making it difficult to see at night. We were there for 5 days and overall our experience was good!"

"Great proximity to Acadia and Bar Harbor for the price. We spent very little time at the hotel, but it was perfect for a place to crash. The beds were actually really comfortable. Overall, I’d stay again on another hiking trip."
Bluenose Inn - Bar Harbor Collection

"Beautiful location. Large well appointed room. Loved the double sinks in the bathroom and separate toilet/shower area. Did hear noise from the room above, but fortunately it was time for us to wake up in the morning anyway. Could hear people walking across the ceiling. We enjoyed the seating area in addition to the beds. Also, the piano bar area is lovely, but we really wished there were more food options. It had been pouring rain, and we would have loved to just stay in and eat dinner there, instead of having to drive to town and searching for parking."
