Booked through Expedia and all correspondence through Expedia, replied to a message received asking for any room request- asked for a message to be left for our son in the room- this was not actioned. Also room towels and cups only set up for 2 instead of 4 and there was no mini bar in the room as offered, however this was quickly rectified by reception staff and a good will drink offered.
