"The pool area that is advertised was not operational at any point during the entire time of my stay. Staff never cleaned by Room in the 28 days I was there. And before they would allow me to check out staff and the owner attempted to make me pay $800 for 13 days that weren't paid to them ( According to hotel management). I will never stay at that hotel again nor would I suggest anyone else."

"I stayed twice in the last week. Saturday night was excellent! The airport shuttle was ready to go when I was, and we were on our way to the hotel. My room was great, quiet, comfortable bed. Thursday night I was on the first floor and it was louder. Breakfast hours did not accommodate my early flight (which I anticipated). Neither did airport shuttle which I found frustrating, since I chose a airport hotel for that reason...I can pay for an Uber from anywhere. All said and done, I'd stay again, but might look around if I have an early flight again. "
