"Very noisy inside. The walls and doors are thin enough to hear the people in the room next to you cough or lift the toilet seat. The sound of doors opening and closing or people talking in the hallways all throughout the night will be sure to keep you up. If not that, then the highway noise will probably do it."

"Upon arrival, front desk staff was helping another customer. We stood patiently waiting to be helped/acknowledged and nothing. After 15-20 minutes, we took a seat still waiting to be acknowledged/helped. Nothing. I listened as the customer of ahead of us was tellling him about her issues with her room and he kept responding with La La La. I sent my daughter to the bar to get drinks, new bartender and had no idea what she was doing. Ordered a Pinot noir and the attendee thought it was a white wine and said they were out. My daughter had to point out where it was located. My daughter ordered a cocktail and the bartender used her phone to find out how to make it. As she was making it, she realized she don’t have all the ingredients and just handed it to my daughter. Still waiting to check in, I grabbed bottled water from the fridge which was not plugged in so the bottles Of water were at room temp. After 50 minutes, we finally got checked in and received our room key. In the morning, we thought about breakfast but didn’t want to chance another delay so we ate at the airport. Horrible customer service!! "

"Best customer service I have experienced in the hospitality industry in a long time, staff was efficient with request, we asked for some pillows. She said she would try he best to get them, 4 minutes later she called back saying she has them. Room was clean. "

"This is one of our favorite places to stay in Sacramento. The only downside was cockroaches in the kitchen in our studio. Room 1613. The room was very tidy and nice. But, roaches are a deal breaker for us. We took all of our stuff out to the car, we certainly don't want to bring roaches back home."
