チェックイン時に日本語も英語も通じず、時間がかかった。
施設は綺麗で駅にも隣接しており、便利。朝食のブッフェの内容はいまひとつ。

綺麗でロケーション抜群。スタップのホスピタリティも素晴らしいです。ただし基本的に中国語必須。
女子一人でしたので、とにかくロケーション重視で選びました。石路駅12番出口からすぐで、正面玄関は大通りから入ります。
スタッフはほとんど英語ができませんので、基本的には中国語でのコミュニケーションとなります。外国人客がほとんどいないのも納得です。
ホテルで両替してもらうつもりでしたが、私が行ったときは両替機(というかお金を数える機械)が壊れていて、フロントでの両替ができませんでした。そのため近くの銀行で両替してもらいましたが、そこでも様々なトラブルがあり(日本国内での納税者番号が必要と言われ、そんなの分からないよ！といったやり取り)、3万円を両替するのに結局1時間40分もかかりました。やはり両替は旅行者が多くいる国際空港等でしてくる方が正解だと思います。
ホテル室内は、シンプルですが十分綺麗だと思います。部屋には一応空調もありますが、“OFF”“HIGH”“LOW”の調整しかできず温度の調整などはできません。私は寒がりで室内でもとても寒く感じたのでフロントに相談したところ、感じの良い係の人が個別のヒーターと、お布団をもう一枚持ってきてくれました。こういったお心遣いは期待していなかったので嬉しかったです。
朝食はビュッフェはまぁまぁ・・・シェフがその場で作るワンタンスープやラーメンは美味しかったですが、それ以外はまぁまぁかな・・・。
英語があまり通じないという事では多少不便はありましたが、スタッフのホスピタリティは素晴らしかったです。チェックイン時にデポジットの支払いを求められましたが、そんなの払うお金の持ち合わせはないと言ったらデポジットを免除してくれました（それでいーのか！という突っ込みが心の中で入りました笑）

蘇州の定宿
蘇州出張の際は、必ずこちらのホテルを利用しています。地鉄には徒歩1分で行けますし、蘇州駅@高鉄にもひじょうに近い立地です。オススメです。
