The wooden cottage is nice, the room is comfortable, and breakfast is tasty. It takes about 3 minutes walk to get to the river bank for the best sunset in a good weather.
Hotels.com says that this hotel provides bilingual staff, but it is wrong.I was caught in a heavy rain on the way to get to the hotel, and got soakingly wet.I called the hotel to arrange a driver to pick us at the Trading Arcades for extra pay.But the answer from the receiptionist was that she couldn't understand English. We waited and waited ,and walked to the hotel when it stopped raining.
After checking-in,we asked the receiptionist whether it is OK to borrow an umbrella just in case. But she told me that we have to buy it instead of borrowing. No service at all. This let us down again.
Although the receiptionist is very beautiful, her English is very poor, even she couldn't explain the direction or breakfast time clearly. In other words,it is so hard for non Russian-speaking lodgers to get any useful information here.
