"This is my second time booking this hotel. My initial visit was memorable. This particular visit didn't meet the same expectation. We weren't able to check in as early as we wanted but did get an early check in. During our stay, Emmanuel at valet was the real MVP!!! The front desk was helpful and cordial but nothing like my first visit. This was a busy weekend in Atlanta so there was a lot going on. But in terms of location and proximity, for the money spent this hotel is very good"

"Average. This property needs to finish the little details in rooms that are not completed. Refresh painting on ceiling and walls. Need new toilet (I had to hold the handle for about 45 seconds to have a complete flush…annoying. The parking is not adequate at entrance. The hotel needs to inform guests about the specifics amenities and deficiencies about rooms at check in. This hotel’s housekeeping never cleaned my room-I stayed two nights. This hotel is all smoke and mirrors. I give it a rate of 2.5 stars. It has potential to be greater. "

"Property smelled like mold and mildew. Also reservations said breakfast was included and they was charging 1499 per person for breakfast instead of it being free."

"When we arrived late at night, their system was down. I had to wait in the lobby with my child in the middle of the night for about 20-30 minutes, after travelling. They eventually put us in a room, but I had to come back to the front desk the next day to get keys and give them my credit card. Also, their pool was closed, and my kid was looking forward to playing in it. The staff was very friendly though!"
