Even before we arrived, the wonderful Suzanne really went out of her way to ensure we had a great stay - not just with her but for the rest of our road trip around Jamaica. We cannot recommend highly enough. Lovely location, room, garden, hospitality.

I can honestly say that staying at this hotel was such an enjoyable experience. The whole experience was designed to make you feel relaxed and the thing that I will always remember, is when I asked the member of staff where the TV was and he said you didn't need one and explained the reason why by opening the doors to the balcony, and he was right. Superbly maintained grounds and a gorgeous beach hut room with semi-outdoor double shower and sun room. The food we had was delicious, the drinks strong and we had the best massage at the spa. A super relaxing long weekend.

Needed a hotel for one night as we were going to a funeral....the service was excellent all round good hotel would definitely recommend and stay again.

Although it is primarily regarded as a business hotel, the exceptional hospitality of the staff, the high-quality catering, including the excellent breakfast buffet, exceeded my expectations, making for a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

The location was great with several sea views, close to all the attractions in San San. We will come back when we are next in Portland as long as there is availability.
