I requested a room change the second day after a significantly long hike due to noise from the Laret festival right below my window. The staff accommodated my request without issue. "Loved this hotel. The room was beautiful with a gorgeous balcony. . Staff were excellent and very nice restaurant. Due to an event it was difficult to get taxi to train and hotel arranged to drive us so we would not pay too much for longer distance taxi. They made great sandwiches for the road and were only 5 chf per sandwich. Thank you for an excellent stay. "
