"We loved the size of the room, the view from the balcony and the room was very clean. There were a few small but not horrible things, such as bed springs that squeaked loudly when you moved, the toilet paper roll holder fell off the wall, and the in-room safe kept giving us error codes which required someone to unlock it for us. The thing that bothered us the most was that the indoor pool was closed due to repairs. We understand things like this happen, but the whole indoor pool area (which included the indoor lazy river and hot tub) was corded off so they could not be used. We thought that the hotel should have offered a discount or offered something small to compensate for not being able to use these amenities that we paid for, but staff politely told us "no." We were disappointed that they didn't try to make up for this in any way."

"We traveled for our anniversary and chose to stay here at the hotel. The staff who assisted us were very friendly and the lady serving breakfast the next morning as well! The room we were originally placed in had an issue with the ac so we were switched to a different one. When we arrived to our new room we noticed it looked like they had some upgrades going on, however the ceiling had black mold on it. We did not request a new room and I’m sure we should’ve we just didn’t want to be bothersome after being switched already. Other than the mold issue it was a great stay."
