"Very comfortable resort with great staff and services "

"The staff had a poor attitude. We waited for almost 3 hours, nearly midnight, just for the air conditioner to be repaired, and they offered no better solution until we requested a different room, assured us it was fine, or a refund. However, the staff's response was unsatisfactory. Finally, we were only able to shower at midnight and went to bed at 12:30 AM. I think the hotel should review its staff's attitude and check rooms before guests arrive. This made me unhappy and I will not return."

The pool area was just as beautiful, with plenty of space to unwind and enjoy the view. Breakfast each morning was delicious, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. Most importantly, the staff were exceptional, always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. We truly loved our time here and can’t wait to come back again soon!"

"This hotel is a calm oasis. The pool and grounds are kept spotless and our beachside room was fabulous. Slight downside was the litter on the beach but other than that it was a wonderful stay"
