The staff were amazing - helpful, welcoming, and hard working to the point of seemingly being able to be everywhere at once. Large clean room with windows that opened to allow in the clean, fresh local air. Breakfast was small, but excellent, with buffet and made to order choices. The staff took care of ordering our tickets for the Fansipan funiculars, and cable car. Highly recommended!!

Truly enjoyed our stay @ the hotel. Staff were polite and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was amazing with many hot/cold options. This was a family trip with kids. Highly recommend.
