Unfortunately there was an unprecedented technical issue with our reservations system which allowed your booking to come through via Expedia despite our resort being fully booked and delayed the process of dropping in to our system. At the time you arrive our team had only just received your reservation and were working quickly to rectify the issue and were about to contact you prior to you entering Reception. One of our team members offered to contact our neighboring hotels to check for availability and ensured Expedia provided you with a full refund. Our customer service is paramount to us here at Tingirana and we sincerely apologise that you felt we did not handle the situation professionally.
