Spacious Unit

The check-in was simple and speedy and the unit was very spacious with large living, dining and kitchen areas and both bedrooms were generous. The bathroom and separate toilet were also very roomy and the entire unit was clean and looked to have been renovated recently

We had a great stay at Belardoo. Location is brilliant, just 5 minute walk to Mooloolaba main strip. Our 2 bedroom apartment had a balcony and overlooked the beach. Shower was inside spa bath and would be unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues.

The location was great. Communication was very good. The property was tidy and most of what we needed was provided. Big downside was that it was not clean. The bathroom in particular was filth and full of mould. Also the fans in the bedrooms only worked on low, which was hard during summer.

My miserable weekend

Too many things wrong. Fridge froze all our salad and other vegetables. Had to rebuy them. Four beds in room and only two towels. Netflix impossible to connect to. Wouldn’t recommend it to my friends.

I liked the location...across the road from the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Wasn't spotless but it was more dust in corners of rooms and on the skirting rather than anything major and we spent little time there so it was okay. Parking is a bit tight if you have a large vehicle.

Perfect apartments for a group of us to stay for the long weekend. The staff were lovely and communication and care was 100 percent. A walk away from everything we needed. We will all definitely be back next year.

Very roomy, great location, quite comfortable, pleasant staff, well maintained grounds. No lift could be a problem for some. Dense vegetation in the garden of the ground floor apartment unfortunately spoilt our view from the first floor to the coastline. It looked overgrown and untidy.

Was in a good spot, with walking distance to shops, supermarket, beach & walks. Apartment was clean & had recently been painted inside but very dated. Was a little road noisy as being on the main road, if windows & doors sealed properly this would solve this. For the price is was reasonable.

The stay was wonderful excellent room but the shower head needs to be replaced. Also I understand that we need to be extra toilet paper etc but they only supply one roll where other places supply 2. When we arrived to book in which was after hours we had no idea where the reception was as there was nothing on the text on where to find it from the car park.

Air conditioner was faulty. This was raised with property manager and he simple advised it is a long term issue and if it cuts out just go to the circuit board and flick the safety switch back on. Not a very satisfactory process.

The kitchen and family room was like an oven, no air conditioner. Open the balcony door for a sea breeze, no difference. I wold not recommend this property to anyone.

Location was great and the view from our room was fantastic. No air con in the living room/dining/kitchen area. No screen on the windows or berandah door so couldn’t leave it open at night and it was very hot.
