"The room was clean. Really enjoyed the breakfast. Hotel was lots of amenities. Enjoy the cookie treats in the afternoon."

"The location is why we picked this hotel. We also enjoyed the fire pits at The Deck and up on the third floor patio. However when we were checking in at 4 pm, we were informed that our room was not ready, we had to wait for almost 20 min. The lady in the front desk was not even apologetic about it, and no effort was made for service recovery. It seems like they did not care. The walls were also very thin so we heard kids running around the hallway and in the rooms next to ours."

"The Hotel is currently under construction. Construction runs from 7 am until 5 pm. This information should have been disclosed when making the reservation. There was no Radisson Hotel Sign. It was somewhat difficult to find the Hotel not to mention the entrance. We were quite disappointed and we feel that Radisson owes us."

We had black mold in our air conditioner unit and reported it and nothing was done. Would never recommend or stay here again"
