"There were giant roaches on both days of my stay. The very first night I had only been in the room about 10 minutes and a massive roach was in the room. I called the front desk and they said there was no one there that would help me, so I had to get rid of it on my own. The second day I was walking in the hallway and someone was cleaning the floors and again a giant roach was in the middle of the hallway. That’s the worst feeling when you’re staying somewhere because the last thing you want is to bring home critters with you from a hotel stay. Do not recommend zero out of 10. And the worst part is when I reported it no one did anything to even try to make it better or accommodate my stay at all. It was like oh well that’s just what it is here and of course now you’ve paid and you’ve booked the room and you’re there so it doesn’t leave you with a lot of options. Terrible do not recommend."

"The staff allowed someone else to checked into our room under our reservation. Our room was assigned to someone else even though it was under our reservation. I had to pay for a different room (which was refunded the next day) for the night. It caused unnecessary stress on me and my family. Even though we were refunded, how could the front desk gave away our reservation as all check-ins required an official ID and a credit card."

"We went there because the breakfeast reviews say amazing and we were so disappointed. I was the tipical average breakfast. "

"Stayed here for a night while in town for an event. It was a great experience. We enjoyed the rooftop restaurant/bar, though the menu was limited. The hotel was clean and attractive. It was an easy commute to local venues. Would definitely recommend."

"It’s your basic hotel but the rate of 179 it wasn’t of the value I saw within the property and stay for one night. "

"We went to breakfast, and there were no eggs or bacon left. The staff said they were out of eggs, but did make some more bacon. They had not replenished a lot of the items."
