"Staff was very nice. The rest was terrible. Not clean. Mold in the bathroom. From the window sils to the walls, it was dirty. The mini fridge constantly made strange and loud noises. The “continental breakfast” was a joke. Some eggo waffles in a bin to either warm by microwave or toaster. Cereal that looked off color and old. A little bit of OJ and a little bit of milk. Has a pool no hot tub. When I asked if we could have a late check out due to my mother being disabled, he said idk we don't do that. Luckily, they ended up accommodating us. Garbage was piled up in the back of the building. I'm talking bags upon bags. The outlets were so loose they wouldn't hold our chargers. I had to buy duct tape to keep my charger in the outlet. The worse part was at 9am someone was outside the windows of the hotel playing their music (which I'm a fan of base and music) but sounded like they had 20 12” subwoofers in their car and was literally shaking the entire building, rattling windows. That went on for at least a half hr. Ridiculous. Esp considering we were there for medical reasons. Unacceptable. If you are not familiar with the neighborhood, it's not good. Shooting 15 min away from the hotel. Will not be returning. "
