"Clean room."

"The staff was very nice… that’s probably the only positive thing I can say. The staff did mop the lobby frequently. The pool and hot tub were out of order. We reserved a king size bed, 1st night they were sold out so we got a double queen. The room was very dusty, the bathroom is very outdated and looks old. The beds creaked, back was so sore the next morning, the door literally did not close so we had it dead bolted the whole time. 2nd night we got switched the king room, the security latch on the door was missing, luckily the door closed all the way and was able to still lock. The bathroom door literally was broke on the top and had a piece flopping around. The tub and shower curtain were filthy and the drain was broken. The bathroom floor boards had a blood like stain. One of the lights was broken. Unfortunately all other hotels in the area were sold out, so we had to deal with it all. Wouldn’t stay again, but do appreciate the staff. Very outdated for sure."
