"The Scandic Neptun has been really good for our brief stay in Bergen. It’s quite close to the harbour and about a 15 min. walk to the train or bus station. The staff have been very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Our only draw back was the temperature in the room. It was 25 degrees, no matter what we changed the thermostat to, so the first night was a bit warm to sleep well. There was one small fan available in the room, so we got a second fan from the front desk, for the other side of the bed. Problem solved. Would recommend staying here."
