" Was great stay the room was clean and staff were very polite and helpful our jet tube in our room broke down the staff immediately switched our room to different room that had the same tube we were moved within maybe 5 minutes the breakfast wasn’t the greatest but wasn’t bad they could often more but that’s more personal opinion was grateful that I didn’t have look for something to eat in the morning security was out at night to make you feel safe around the building overall was great stay"

"Staff were friendly and the room was clean. My door had a large gap at the bottom which made for noise transfer from the hallway very noticeable. The hotel also has the most annoying AI chatbot that keeps sending text messages until you tell it to STOP."

"no business centre the place was dirty complained to front staff on our flooor as hallway needed cleaning. parking you must pay for. you wont get in if you have a truck. constant police sirens downtown beautiful winnipeg.... dont do it its the hood . the window in our room had broken seal and we listened to the wind howl at night. beds were not comfortable. this should be a budget hotel but its not. wont be back"

"The room was good. It was clean and comfortable. I have nothing bad to say about the room. Its pet friendly too which is cool.
The front desk had us entered in their system as in a room on the first floor, but gave us keys for a room on the second floor (no big deal, mistakes are made). But I think they almost double booked the room, because a worker came to check to see if someone was in the room. She gave the lightest knock and then immediately opened the door, despite the "do not disturb tag on the door". My dog greeted her at the door so she didn't waltz in, but it was alarming."
