The number provided in the black binder in the room did not come up on my choices when I opened my settings for wifi. I also tried the QR code but got an error message. The dedicated number for that room was unavailable. I even tried to manually enter the wifi info. I tried to call the 1-800 number for Crystal Springs but got a voice message. I also saw that if any issues to go to the office but I had checked in late evening so I was already in my PJ’s and ready for bed. I’ll be back through Radium to stay on Tuesday night so hopefully the wifi works then."
