Once you check in you’re pretty much on your own. You have to call or flag down a staff member to replenish towels or pods (dish, clothes, or coffee).
We didn’t have our room cleaned or towels replaced the entire time.
Cons:
-staff can be rude: front desk: Me: where is my room? Shorter round woman responds, “if you would have let me finish - I would have told you” told to wear yellow bands- plenty didn’t
-bar: waiting to get drinks wondering why the bartender is so upset, complains theyll have to open- again tomorrow- I’m sorry?
Then, after waiting up to 30 min for fries and tenders, halfway through eating were told “pool closes at 9” - stares at us, then asks if we can throw our trash in the bag he’s holding, are you kidding? We picked our stuff up and left.
There’s no gym but a dog park. There aren’t cribs available or cots for babies/toddlers.
There are mosquitoes and nisomiums? Bite hard but that’s beyond their control.
There ice in the freezer but no large ice or water dispenser - be prepared to buy your own water. Garbage chute and recycle bin in the first floor. Two stair cases and one elevator. The room above must’ve been smoking mj didn't wanna complain.
