Hello Joseph,Thank you for your feedback. I am happy your group enjoyed the amenities we provide. Our office actually closes at 8:00 pm but we do have a night host on duty until 11:00pm. If you called for pillows, perhaps the front desk receptionist was helping another guest so your call rolled over to the answering machine. We always do our best to accommodate our guests' needs.

Hello Mike and Debra, Thank you for the feedback. I will have the bathroom sink faucet checked for hot water. It is strange only the bathroom sink water was not heated so it could be in the mixing valve. Without feedback like this we would know of a problem. Feedback is appreciated.

Kennan, We are happy you found your room comfortable and complete with everything you needed. Mosquitoes are treated with pellets drops by the country Mosquito Controlhelicopter. Maybe one day there will be something that works on noseeums!
