At the front desk, Laura was more than helpful in getting us situated and feeling comfortable while visiting our son who is in university. We felt welcomed with the type of accommodating attention that is warming and kind. "Stayed in one of the theme bedroom, the room was huge! Celebrated my partners 30th birthday, we were left balloons, chocolates and wine to celebrate which was a lovely touch and made it felt even more special. This is the second motorworld hotel which we’ve stayed it, they’re a great hotel brand and would highly recommend staying. Only a 5 minute walk to the train station, plenty of parking and options to eat out within a few minutes walk."

"We had an Amazing weeklong stay at Hotel Fortuna. Room was very comfortable, Breakfast was plentiful and delicious; and the Staff was helpful and very supportive. The Desk Host Receptionist was Wonderful ~O'orhah?! She helped us with Everything, logistics, taxis, food delivery etc... We Loved It, and will be back for our next family trip in February 2026."
