"We liked everything! The place is very quiet in a tranquil forest. Pande is the best, this guy is doing literally everything for the guests to have a lovely stay! Villas are spacious, clean and a really nice design. It's absolutely gorgeous to wake up and enjoy the view and the sound of birds and river! Breakfast very delicious. "The villas are incredibly well made, and everything is just so easy to organise! The area around the villas is what I had pictured when I thought of “original ubud” which is what our driver said about the area. The street is quiet - no traffic- and an ebike tour was the most traffic we saw the whole time. It was close to all the great sites - heaps of waterfalls around, goa gajah, the water temple, the rice fields. A great place to base yourself out of, however you might never want to leave...

"This hotel is quite far from the airport but it’s a nice area. Hotel has bus shuttles to town. Short cab ride takes u to the Cretya Club where u can see tegalalang, have a dip in the pool and dine in a nice restaurant. Hotel is also near monkey forest. Staff have recommendations on activities and restaurants nearby. I must say all the staff were very warm, polite and service was top notch. Bfast was splendid. "

"Had the absolute best time at Ayung Resort! The staff were absolutely amazing and we loved getting to go to tea time in the afternoon and hang by the beautiful pool. We had a driver, Rena, pick us up from the airport and he was the best tour guide ever —sweetest man ever and we spent the entire next day with him having him show us around the island! Couldn’t recommend him enough!!"
