Sugarloaf Trip

Maybe for some ok but not for me.. Our room was just to far away from everything.. I will say the hotel staff was excellent. Very cordial and responsive.. The up grade room we paid extra for was not in very good shape and definitely didn’t feel upgraded. The Nathan’s Famous hot dogs was poor food, if the hot dog and small fries I ordered made Nathan famous Then famous is not a quality you want. There was no one in line and it took 10 minutes to get the worst hot dog I have ever had..On top that there at least 4 employees arguing with each other in front of me.. They definitely don’t have proper management..also the price was ridiculous ..There was a place… near the Hotel in another Hotel called the Linq I believe, a restaurant called Hash House a go go they had excellent food staff and very comfortable place.. for just a bit more than I paid for a terrible hot dog from Nathan’s at the Flamingo I had a delicious full meal at Hash house go go

Just an average hotel. Overpriced. Room was hot and muggy and I could not adjust thermostat to cool it. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Cleaniliness was a bit on the dirty side.

Do not check in at a Kiosk! You could get a room by an elevator which sounds like a freight coming through every 5 minutes all night! They did switch us the next day to a room that smelled like Cheech and Chong lived in there for 30 years! We also got stuck in an elevator. The lady at checkout was so rude also, causing me to have to call the next day. Fake fingernails were in the bathroom floor and body hair/pubes in shower when we got to room. We’ve stayed there numerous times in the past. This is the first bad experience. I hope it was just a fluke.

Friendly staff and willing to answer questions. Casino was laid out well and the games varied for interests of many. Enjoyed my stay and will return again.
