"The room was super clean!!! Staff was kind. However, the stove didn’t seem to work then we found out you need special pans or can buy at the hotel. Found that to be a bit ridiculous but we managed!!!! No coffee pot in the room and no blow dryer!!! Just sharing this so others can be prepared!!"

"The happy hour was a nice surprise with such great food. Breakfast was awesome . We liked the location, especially next to Outback restaurant . My only complaint is when I really needed to talk to the front desk , I was put on hold and never took the call. I was having trouble with my reservation as it was made at the wrong Holiday inn out in the country. Due to her not taking the call , I used a website that overcharged me . Two nights 1400.00 . She acknowledge and blew it off that she never picked up. I am now fighting that cost . I talked to the front desk to other staff about this issue. If she had of helped me on the phone , I would not be fighting this third party issue. I thought I was on a holiday inn sight , it was late and we needed a place to stay and we are of retirement age . I felt dismissed . The company I thought I was working with was using your name with a few differences . I can send more info ."
