"Went to check in at 6pm, lines were 5 wide and 5 deep, the air was hot and stagnant while waiting in line. Finally made it to the counter only to be told that my room was not ready. They called me at 7:25 pm and told me that I could come get my room key. The beds and room were great. The a/c, heating unit only blew air, no cooling or heating. The facility felt like “Great Wolf Lodge” on a holiday weekend.
The best part of the stay was the breakfast."

"The room was clean but outside landscaping where the patio was needed some attention. We stayed on a bottom room, and the people above us was pretty loud. Making s’mores with the family was a lot of fun and the events director was amazing. There’s a lot of things that could be offered on the property but it’s all shut down which is a bummer. A bit overpriced for what you get. "

"The wait to check in was very long and unorganized. We paid more for a room that was by the waterpark and we were put in a different building that they said was still “considered close” to the waterpark and it definitely was not. The rooms were clean and staff was friendly. The outside mini golf corse was really run down. We had people smoking weed right outside our door the whole time. The waterpark was pretty neat with lots of an activities and seating. Overall I would not stay here again. It was a mostly negative experience. "
