Clarion Inn Branson

"We enjoyed the stay it is a beautiful property,, older but we'll maintained. The room was clean. The carpets and furniture look new. Bed was amazingly comfortable. The pool in the courtyard is lovely too look at day or night. Staff was s friendly. They even had an ice cream shop. They need more staff for the paid breakfast because there were not enough staff to bus the tables and keep the food refilled mainly because the drinks were not self service. On Saturday be sure to get up early for the full breakfast. They ran out of food by 9 am and it was taking awhile to refill. The pool is beautiful but could use a better pool filter because the water had just a slightly cloudy look. Smokinga was allowed on property just not inside the rooms. We kept smelling smoke when at the pool coming from the restaurant tables. The restaurant food was excellent. We would stay there again."

"We could not ask for a better time at this hotel. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The food was top notch. Our room was spotless. The workout room was nice and very clean. We didn't use the pools but they did look inviting. Looking forward to our next trip"

Grand Country Waterpark Resort

"Room was very clean, I was surprised based on previous reviews I've read. Waterpark was great, however, the wave pool lifeguard was absolutely awful. She GRABBED my 4 year old because he was not within arm's reach of me- I was close, probably within 4-5 feet. Told her to calm down, she ran her mouth. Then I looked up while I was in the pool and she was running her mouth to other guests about me, THEN starts pointing at me and making hand signals at me. Absolutely awful. The manager I spoke with did not take me seriously, so I asked another lifeguard who pointed me in the right direction. Another lifeguard saw what had happened and made sure to tell me who to speak with. The rest of the staff were ABSOLUTELY wonderful. So kind and helpful. But someone needs to take care of that woman. She does not need to work here around people."
