"The room had a mold, mildew smell the air conditioning. I cannot turn the temperature up. The sheets felt damp, and when I checked out, it looked like the desk clerk had been sleeping when I came up to the front desk."

The selection of ham and cheese was meager, and by 8:30 AM, the spread was practically empty. I also found the parking area to be unsafe, with unsavory-looking people loitering in the vicinity. The housekeeper kept knocking on the room door outside of cleaning hours. On the second day, she became annoyed because we hadn't yet vacated the room, even though we asked her to wait just 10 minutes. On the third day—our day of departure—she arrived at 10:00 a.m., even though I had until 11:00 a.m. to check out."

"We only stayed one night. The hotel was clean. We checked in late and the front staff was nice but their computer system was very slow. The room was clean but the air conditioner was very noisy and we hardly got any sleep. It was ok for one night but would not stay for more than that."

"Ive have tried 4 hotels in Deerfield and this was the best of the bunch (inexpensive and working in the area for weeks here) should have picked them first instead of trying the others.... breakfast, fridge in room, always coffee down stairs, very safe. Could use a coat of paint for sure but for business was the best 100$ room so far."
