The front office person was nice and was trying to accommodate but they have a VERY small cleaning staff and said my room was really bad after a late checkout. "

"I was a guest on the first floor and was unable to use the ice machine because it was broken. There was no luggage rack, so I had to use the only chair in the room to unpack and pack my suitcase. There was no desk or table to write and use my laptop. I was awakened several times during the night because of the shaking of the bed due to other guests allowing their doors to be closed too strongly. There were people smoking majouna at the main door entrance to the motel. I feared for my safety and my car. . "
