"We've tried several hotels in the area looking for a place to stay when we visit family there on a fairly regular basis. We've found what we've been looking for here. Very clean rooms, very cordial and welcoming staff, and a nice selection for breakfast. Comfortable, clean, and welcoming dining area to eat. Only comment or suggestion for improvement is the breakfast selections were excellent but eggs, sausage, and potatoes were in a heated chafing dish, but were not hot. We were the first in line right after the kitchen opened, so perhaps they didn't get them in soon enough. Hopefully that can be resolved next time we visit. The room had some nice amenities, including real coffee mugs instead of paper cups, but our room did not have a microwave. We can get along without it, but we missed having that convenience."

"The breakfast buffet was great. Jennifer was super-friendly and was making eggs on-demand. Everything was hot and delicious. This was by far the best breakfast buffet on our 4-day road trip."

"We always try to stay here when we visit family close by. The hotel is clean, the room spacious, the bed comfortable. Two slight downsides: their new continental breakfast is pretty basic, kind of miss the old breakfast menu at the Rez, even though you had to pay for it. And really, really they need to upgrade the security of the guest WiFi. Every time I connected I received security alerts, and the site I use for working remotely would not even let me on. So I ended up having to use my phone hotspots. The hotel wifi should be separate from what can be accessed from the casino, bar and restaurant. It should be for hotel guests only, and you should have to put in your room number and a passwork. The current wifi is totally open, no password needed. As bad as an airport or something. So, PLEASE upgrade!"

"Breakfast offered had a lot of variety and was fresh and hot. On our stay there was only one functioning ice machine that was located a floor below ours which was slightly inconvenient."
