"We ended up asking for a refund and going elsewhere. We booked a room here because it was close to the hospital, which is really the only positive for the hotel. It does have what seemed to be a decent restaurant attached as well. The first room we went to had a broken window that was not possible to close and since it was going below zero that night it made the room unusable. We asked for another room and were moved but the second room was horribly dirty with massive visible red stains on the carpet. Large stains on all of the furniture and stains on the bedding. We just asked for a refund after that."

"The bed was comfortable, rooms clean and friendly desk staff. Bar downstairs had friendly staff as well. Only downfall was area was a. It sketcy as many transiants as shelter close by "

"This property was so dated. The sheets weren’t clean or if they were so many stains when you held them up. Very cheap sheets. Bathroom not clean. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. "

"Great location, safe neighborhood, staff was very friendly, beds were comfortable, room was clean, no issues with the room. Breakfast was good and diverse, kitchen attendant was lovely and created a very pleasant atmosphere. All in all, we had a very good experience here, will come again. Thank you!
