"The property fulfilled our needs perfectly. The only thing I would say that was not professional was a lack of response (none at all) to an email I had sent a few days prior departure, and also some of the staff were more friendly and helpful than others. One lady made you feel like you were putting her seriously out when all you were doing was asking a simple question or requiring some basic assistance. "We had a great visit. The staff was really friendly and helpful, the coffee was good at breakfast (very important). The most important thing when we travel are the beds, and they were great so we slept well. The only thing that put it down a little was the AC in the room which was really noicy at times. As we only were there over a weekend for a competition, we didn't have time to check out the area, but it seemd friendly enough. I'm sure we will be back for next years competition."
