Overall we had fun because the activities were plenty. I wish that the grounds were well maintained. Just so that it is pleasing to the eye. Staff was great. Food was excellent.

Its a good value for the money as you get to use the water park facilities as part of your stay and the free breakfast was very good. Only thing the rooms were smaller than they looked in the online pics. beautifull view of the ocean and mountains.

It’s not the same anymore when we first stayed there 3 years ago. In it’s haste to expand, it has items missing you would normally find in a hotel. It has failed to fix broken items in it’s property.

The number of pools, slides and amentities is very good at their price point. Lots of maintenance ongoing so hopefully everything in a few months will really look great

The rooms were clean and had good aircon. Our kids 9/12 enjoyed the water park. There are a lot of pools. But there is not really a beach and many rides were not available. It is nice for 2-3 days. It is very overpriced for what you get.

All the staff were very friendly. Many options for swimming pools and activities. Breakfast was great.

Although the property being old still family oriented .the staffs make sure the facility safe. Needs some more improvement.to amenities.the most important is my grand children have fun still looking forward to go back in the future 😊

The property is dated and too much of everything of structures just have been put together. Its just not worth it.

The staff was amazing and they were really accommodating. But I was very disappointed about the lack of beach in this property, after all, their name is "Whiterock Beach". The pictures are a bit deceiving. Although I feel bad about saying so because the staff really made up for what the property is lacking. The pools are outdated and there is no beach, lots of commercial business, and just not worth paying 250 a night for. It is more like a waterpark resort. We normally stay at Camayan beach but it was booked so we gave this one a try. Should've just walked into Camayan and gambled if there were any rooms available. Staff was super great though.

Whiterock is known for its waterpark, day and night activities, watersports, food, service, over all ambiance and teambuilding capabilities. Beach swimming is okay, but not that great. I recommend you to try our watersports (i.e, Jetski, banana boating, speadboating,parasailing and helmet diving) in your next visit to enjoy our beach area.

Sad hotel with unidentified charges.... All they want is ur money. No wifi, no service, very bad condition of room. Room had no standard facilities provided in even one star hotels.

Ok, but a bit tired
We had a good time, but a bit disappointed as it was quite simple and tired. On the good side the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the food was good. Small things pulls it down, like metal sunbeds (painfull), extra payment for the floating island, extra payment for towels (expect to be included when it's called Resort), and also not so family friendly menu as no childrens menu or possibility to order half orders. Also no wifi in the rooms.

A dirty beach!
Room, appliances and furniture need upgrade, Price is expensive for a cheap look room. Staff should be more courteous especially during checkin and checkout. Rate was overpriced. The beach is so dirty! There’s a lot of trash!!! Drainage goes out to the sea. WiFi was very, very, very slow! Tv reception was bad and tv screen was blurry!

We enjoyed the many swimmimg pools it has but before that we had a horrible experience during check in. It took close to an hour before we could register. It’s summer ending weekend and understandly there were so many guests. They should have anticipated this and provided for more check in counters. The same long wait happened during dinner. We waited for a good 45 minutes for food to arrive. This is unacceptable.

Hello there! Greetings from Whiterock! Our SEASIDE SUITES Rooms by the beach is a big-sized room with whirpool inside the room and it is located beside infinity pool and new plunge pool. It includes a free Wifi, 49’’ LED TV, Hair dryer, Bottled water, Slippers, Toothcare, MiniBar, 24 Hours Frontdesk & Housekeeping Service, Separate shower & toilet,Jacuzzi OR Hot or Cold Shower. Rooms are priced for two occupants. inclusive of breakfast, use of the beach with waterpark facilities(i.e. Complimentary use of kayaks, 5 waterslides (raging river, big bowl waterslide, rampage, aqua slide, sea-saw), grand swimming pool with basketball and volleyball; play pool; 2 plunge pools for adults and children, 2 new infinity pools, mini park and playground, over 35 whirlpools around the resort and inside rooms, 2 wave pools.) for two days. Condo rooms stunk of insect spray/ roach balls. Very dirty , rusty toilet. Rotten pillow inthe closet. Termite droppings on ther walls. We spent 4 nights miserable! When we asked the condo caretaker/ agent for a different room, she said she'll give us a better one for $100 extra. We rented 2 rooms, no one answers our call from Expedia contact. This is a real shame as I brought my whole family on this trip. Sad really. Never stay in Jacana 406b and 104A. Yuck!

Poor customer service.
Hotel room is not the same as shown on photo. Requested extra beds and toiletries a day ahead from reservations was not attended to. Had to call 3 times for it to be delivered to the room. Slow water pressure and on and off power supply.
