We come here every year but this year the dude at the reception put a dent in our stay as soon as we arrived. Zero communication skills. They are very rude and mad all the time. They have no understanding of what customer service is, we stayed one night and left. I come to Sovata 3-5 times a year and they won’t be seeing us again. Crystal Hotel is the best.
